To connect, you need to install the App first. Then, create an account and log in. Activate Bluetooth and make sure CONNEQT Pulse is on. In the App, go to "Settings" or "Devices" and select "Add New Device." Just follow the instructions. Once synchronised, your device will automatically transfer data to the App after each use. Hope this helps.
